What is this event?
This networking day connects community and industry partners with Texas State University faculty interested in bringing real-world projects into their courses through project-based learning (PBL) during the 2026–2027 academic year.

Who should apply?
We welcome applications from businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and community groups interested in collaborating with students and faculty on meaningful STEM projects.

What is project-based learning (PBL)?
Project-Based Learning is an educational approach where students work over the course of a semester to solve authentic, real-world challenges presented by partner organizations.

When is the event?
Thursday, June 11, 2026. Additional location details will be shared with selected applicants.

Is there financial support available?
Eligible selected partners may receive a $250 stipend in appreciation of their time and engagement. Additionally, lunch and parking will be provided.
