Kim Renfro

Kim Renfro joined the Translational Health Research Center as a Grant Writer in September 2024. 

She started her second career at UT Health San Antonio in 2015, following her seven years of military service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Kim worked as a Technical Writer at the UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing from 2021-2024, where she gained experience reviewing and editing manuscripts and biomedical grant applications of many types and on a wide range of subjects. Kim is passionate about the importance of clear writing in biomedical science.
