Dr. Steven Whitten is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Texas State University. He earned his PhD in Biophysics from Johns Hopkins University in 2000 and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at both the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory at Florida State University and the University of Texas Medical Branch.
