Shelby Snead

Shelby Snead provides professional assistance with program activities and development for THRC and externally funded programs. She is the Project ECHO Manager and serves as the facilitator and producer for all ECHO sessions.

Shelby has a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in biochemistry from TXST. She joined THRC after serving as Grant Coordinator for Student Support Services - STEM at TXST where she organized program activities and budgets while coaching students from underserved backgrounds. She has been learning and working at TXST since 2018.
