THRC is a member of the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN), a cost-free nationwide program that develops long-term mentor and mentee relationships as well as professional development in the biomedical research field. NRMN is dedicated to fostering a culture where historically underrepresented mentees can successfully advance in their careers, from undergraduate students to early-career faculty.

Through NRMN, individuals can:

  • Become a skilled mentor
  • Register as a motivated mentee
  • Find career development, training, and grant guidance opportunities
  • Discover resources for becoming a successful mentor
  • Ask questions, check perceptions, and find recommendations from industry professionals

If you need guidance as a mentee, wish to lead an individual as a mentor, or want to take advantage of NRMN's career resources, we invite you to learn more about the NRMN program. All are encouraged to participate in this initiative.
