Valerie Medina

Valerie Medina oversees all online and digital media efforts for the Translational Health Research Center. 

With over 7 years of experience working in the fast-paced realm that is the public relations world, Valerie has a diverse professional background that includes positions at: Texas State’s The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment, Basse Studio’s high-end video production company, Mark Rockeymoore’s San Marcos City Counsel campaign, and various contract projects for local businesses. 

Valerie completed her undergrad with honors at Texas State University, earning a B.S. in Mass Communications and Public Relations and a Minor in Japanese.
