ABOUT THE SERIES
The Industry-Synced Pathways for Innovation, Research, and Employment (INSPIRE) Virtual ECHO Series is a three-part development series for Texas State University faculty and staff, designed to strengthen student training programs through research and industry partnerships.
As part of the Translational Health Research Center's STEM and Healthcare Workforce area of focus, this series supports the university's commitment to creating health and resilient people and places by preparing students for careers that drive innovation and address workforce needs in critical industries.

Session 2: Building Bridges - Industry Partnerships from Startups to Multinational Corporations

Explore how to develop meaningful industry collaborations, secure funding and internship opportunities, and integrate workforce needs into student training programs. Panelists will share insights from working with startups, multinational corporations, and military affiliated organizations.
Session 3: Sustaining Success - Tracking Trainee Progress and Outcomes

Learn how to leverage technology and data systems to monitor student progress, measure program impact, and report outcomes to funding agencies and partners. Gain practical tools for improving programs and securing future support.
